Common questions

Can multiple staff members manage the same conference?

Today, each event is owned by a single account. Many conference teams share a dedicated 'comms@' account for managing the upload portal. Team accounts are on the roadmap — reach out via the support form to be notified.

Is data stored in the EU?

Yes. Files are stored in AWS S3 in the EU region, and the database lives on Supabase in the EU. GDPR-friendly by default.

Can attendees stay anonymous?

Yes. The name and email fields are optional on the upload form. You can also choose to disable them entirely.

What about video file size?

There is no fixed per-file limit: you set each event's cap, up to your plan's storage. For full-length keynote masters, your A/V team should share via a separate channel; EventUploader is sized for attendee-shot footage and session highlights.

Can I have separate portals per sponsor or track?

Yes — each event has its own branded link and QR code, and they all roll up into the same dashboard.
